Duties: Coordinating tow truck schedules, managing emergency response calls, ensuring clear communication with customers during each tow.
Robin Ritchie became a part of the Stonewall Towing & Recovery team in November 2023, bringing with her a strong sense of responsibility and a deep passion for service. While her time with us has been relatively short, her impact has been nothing short of remarkable. As a dispatch operator, Robin serves as the vital link between our customers and our drivers, skillfully managing multiple tasks with a calm and collected approach. Her precision in handling each dispatch ensures that every customer feels informed and supported throughout the entire process.

Dispatch Operator - Beyond the Job
Robin is much more than a talented dispatch operator—she’s a devoted mother and grandmother with a deep love for her family. She is the proud mother of three children—a son and two daughters—and the grandmother of 11 beautiful grandchildren.
Originally from Ringgold, Georgia, Robin has called Lehigh, Florida, home for the past 15 years. Her transition from a small town in Georgia to the vibrant community of Labelle has been a rewarding journey, and she has embraced her new surroundings wholeheartedly. Robin’s strong family values and southern charm have made her a cherished member of both her family and our team.
